About the Trainers  Bill Brooks of Endecon Engineering is heading PV training of installers for the California Energy Commission.
An active member of several technical review committees including IEEE-929 (PV Utility Interconnection) and for NEC Article 690 (Solar Photovoltaic Systems), he holds B.S. and
M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer in California.Tim Townsend of Endecon Engineering is one
of the foremost authorities on PV system design and performance analysis with over a decade of experience. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin and is a registered professional engineer in California.
