PV Standards Development

Since 1992, Endecon has been an active member of IEEE Standards Coordinating Committee 21, which develops technical standards for Distributed Energy Resources, and the International Electrotechnical Commission's Technical Committee 82, which develops PV systems standards.

This work has afforded us the opportunity to meet and learn from domestic and international DR experts working for manufacturers, system integrators, National Labs, and academia.  These committees are presently developing standards involving design and operational criteria, modeling, safety, qualification and acceptance testing.
