PV Inverter Performance Characterization

Sandia National Laboratories has hired Endecon to develop standardized test procedures for evaluating the performance of grid-connected PV inverters.  The procedures are intended to verify or establish the parameters defining inverter performance, including efficiency, maximum power point tracking accuracy, losses, operational limitations, etc., over a range of operating conditions. A report is being developed describing the test procedures, which will eventually be submitted to IEEE for development as a standard.
