California Rule 21

In 1999, the California Public Utilities Commission instituted a project to coordinate the revision of the DG interconnection requirements for the State's three Investor Owned Utilities.  Working for the California Energy Commission as part of a team, Endecon has been facilitating the development of the technical sections of Electric Rule 21, and certification sections of the Rule, Supplemental Review requirements, Equipment Certification Review, and an Interconnection Guidebook.
